MIRTHOLOGY

      The Mirthologist is here to share with you several joy practices to help you create a healthier lifestyle. I have traveled far and wide searching for the answers to one question. Can laughter save lives? Upon my quest I did answer that question, and the answer is YES! Laughter does save lives and it saved mine!

Laughter became a life jacket that helped me float during storms of stress induced depression, I found that laughter is the best medicine, and when applied directly in the morning, it can help one find more reasons to live a happier lifestyle.

     First, I found that having a practice of laughter, I'm more inclined to find joy during the day. Second, the anticipation of sharing laughter brings deeper connection and communication with others. Third, laughter creates space to vibe in a higher frequency to make clearer decisions. Last but not least, laughter balances the nervous system by balancing hormones, exercises the body and it regulates breathing.

     The celebration of life is ours to own and I intend to share mirth with the world so that we can all experience a sense of inner peace. So lets enjoy the action of feeling celebration and jubulee. Mirth with me!
